Why I’m Building This
I became a mom in 2010 and didn’t want to return to a traditional 9–5.
I wanted flexibility, income, and work that mattered without choosing between my career and my family.
That decision led me into entrepreneurship, launching my first consulting business and later building Gugu Guru, where I helped brands connect authentically with moms for over a decade.
Now, I’m focused on something bigger: helping moms build creator businesses that work locally, scale sustainably, and don’t depend on chasing algorithms.
The Mom Creators Coalition - and this Playbook - exist to make that path clearer, simpler, and more accessible.
